- Wallet addresses (external wallets required for payouts)
- Communication data submitted through support or reports
- Any information voluntarily provided during onboarding or verification
- Arvox does not collect unnecessary personal data such as government IDs unless explicitly required and communicated.

- Device and browser information
- IP address and general location (non-precise)
- Usage activity (pages visited, features used, timestamps)
- Log and diagnostic data for security and performance
2. Wallets and Financial Information
Arvox does not store private keys, seed phrases, or full custody of user funds.
- Users must connect an external wallet to receive payouts.
- Any funds temporarily reflected in an in-app wallet are automatically routed to the connected external wallet.
- Arvox only processes wallet addresses and transaction metadata necessary to facilitate payments.
Users are solely responsible for the security of their wallets.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operating and maintaining the Platform
- Facilitating payments between projects and jobbers
- Enforcing weekly or monthly payment schedules agreed by both parties
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and misuse
- Resolving disputes and reviewing filed reports

Arvox does not sell user data.
4. Payment Enforcement and Dispute Handling
- Payments are enforced on a weekly or monthly basis, as agreed upon by the project and jobber.
- Arvox automatically executes payouts at the end of the selected period.
- If either party fails to meet obligations, a report may be filed.
- Submitted reports are reviewed internally to assess compliance and platform rules.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- With service providers assisting in platform operations

- To protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Arvox
- In connection with a business transfer or restructuring
